He has been intensively involved in the area of livelihood entrepreneurship development credit, banking, insurance, health and education. He was National Expert on cluster development with UNIDO and consultant with World Bank, also member of Task force on behalf of Govt. of India, set up for co-operation with Govt. of Italy on Mutual Credit Guarantee.

Working in the area of Micro Credit Insurance and livelihood development for last 18 years. He is a member of committee on SHG promotion constituted by NABARD. He has worked as a Nodal person at district for all developmental activities of Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises. Govt. of India A very dynamic personality involved in various rural development projects, social welfare, environmentalist and an excellent motivational speaker.

Possess wide experience of SME development banking with SIDBI for about 32 years. He has headed various aspects of Banking business including operations monitoring, promotion and development, policy and audit. He is associated as visiting faculty with leading Management Institutions of India and is associated with leading co-operative organization of India.

Former Professor & Director, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad (2003-2015) and Former Professor, Strategic management and Entrepreneurship, IIM, Lucknow Chairperson and Member of Governing Boards of a number of National and International Social Enterprises, Member of a number of Committees set up by Government of India and Government of Gujarat, Incubators and NGOs. Worked for a number of multilateral/donor agencies like ILO, UNIDO, UNDP, The British Council, The World Bank, etc. Set up entrepreneurship development institutions in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. Published 8 books, did 27 Reports for various Governments and 67 research papers on various dimensions of entrepreneurship.

Aspiring professional with more than 8 years of wide experience in handling statutory compliances under various statutes including companies Act, RBI, HR Laws, and Taxation laws.She further possess vast knowledge on operational aspects of micro finance operations and is actively involved in strategic planning. She is an active speaker with prestigious institutes on statutory compliances, General aptitude and personality development.
